Tucker’s Provisions is a boutique clothing store located in Key West, Florida. They curate a unique collection of small-label brands and novelty items that mix quality, luxury, and style. They also Tucker’s Provisions branded items which feature it’s distinguish and recognizable rooster logo.

Goals

The owner approached us shortly after the cruise ship referenda were passed, afraid he might see a drop in foot traffic and sales. His goals were as follows:

  1. Drive foot traffic to the store

  2. Increase revenue YOY

  3. Increase Brand Awareness

  4. Maintain a social media account with fresh, high-quality content.

Using our signature SWTM approach we create the necessary amount of touch-points a potential customer needs before they feel comfortable enough to purchase from a brand. To accomplish this, we create an omnichannel strategy that includes a range of platforms, like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing, and more. This means that a brand is not only seen by a potential customer on Google or on Facebook, but instead seen on both, and more.

For example, during the research phase of their vacation a potential customer searches “why are their chickens in Key West?” and they come across our evergreen blog post. Months later when they are in Key West they search “shopping in Key West” and see Tucker’s Provisions again on Google. At this point, they are already familiar with the brand and the brand has already provided value to them (by explaining why there are chickens in Key West.) They also saw an ad pop up on their social media account because they were in the area. Later that day, they were watching a youtube video and saw Tucker’s ad once again. At this point, the brain is telling the customer that this brand is legitimate the trustworthy.
